Our partner Chainalysis has taken its KYT product, including its API, offline (https://status.chainalysis.com/). Since at least 10:10 AM ET today, customers using the Chainalysis KYT integration in Hummingbird have been affected. **What’s affected** - New Chainalysis alerts: New KYT alerts won’t appear in Hummingbird until Chainalysis is back. - Syncing decisions back to Chainalysis: If a review type posts alert statuses and comments back to Chainalysis, those updates won’t reach Chainalysis during the outage. **What’s not affected** - All other Hummingbird features work normally, including alerts and cases that were already ingested, reviews, and filings. **What happens next** - Once Chainalysis is restored, Hummingbird will pick up alert ingestion from where it stopped and import alerts created during the outage. You don’t need to do anything for that. We’ll post an update when Chainalysis reports a resolution or when anything changes.
