    We are investigating an issue with the automatic user provisioning via SCIM. User updating via SCIM may fail with a "Service is Unavailable" or "503 Service Temporarily Unavailable". We are determining the cause and will post updates when identified.

    We are currently investigating an issue where accessing Hoxhunt training packages via your Learning Management System may return 404 Not found error message from Hoxhunt side. Workaround is to access training packages via Hoxhunt directly. We will provide an update as soon as possible. Hoxhunt Support

    The issue and its scope have been identified and reproduced by our developers. Problem occurs only with SCORM-enabled Hoxhunt training packages created after last Thursday morning UTC time on the 18th of September. SCORM-enabled Hoxhunt training packages published in your LMS before that time are unaffected. While our developers are preparing to release a fix, please hold off creating more training packages with SCORM enabled. You can also instruct your users to access their Hoxhunt training packages directly via Hoxhunt instead of your LMS. We will provide another update as soon as possible. Hoxhunt Support

    We have identified an issue with creating XSAT Training Packages. Publishing these packages with targeting "Anyone with a link" currently results in an error: Failed to save training package! We will release an immediate fix and inform you when this comes live.

Currently the following message appears when navigating to the CxO report: A report has not been created for 04.08.2025 for the time period The "Report End Date" can be set to 03.08.2025 to get the latest available report. We expect the newest data to be available again tomorrow (05.08.2025).

    We have identified an issue affecting the Outlook app on both iOS and Android when reporting simulation emails. On iOS, the app may unexpectedly crash during the reporting process. On Android, reporting functions, but the expected follow-up pop-up does not appear. Please note that reporting non-simulation emails works as expected. We are actively working on a fix and will provide updates as soon as possible.

    Our developers have identified an issue with reporting simulation emails in Outlook for Web. The user may get the following error message in the side pane: The security settings in your browser prevent us from creating a dialog box. Try a different browser, or configure your browser so that 'https://officejs.hoxhunt.com' and the domain shown in your address bar are in the same security zone. We will provide updates on when this issue is fixed.

When a new Benchmark is attempted to be scheduled, an error occurs saying: Failed to create benchmark Our developers have identified the issue and they are working on a fix to be released soon.

    We have identified an issue with setting properties for multiple users using the "Set properties" option in the User Management page on Admin portal. When selecting multiple users and trying to set any properties it will fail with error message "failed to create task group". Our developers are looking into the cause. We will keep you updated on the issue.
