External pentests with the "Get IP before starting pentest" option enabled have been prevented from starting since 3/13. Issue identified, and in-progress to resolving. External pentests that were impacted will automatically execute once resolved

New pentests starting in paused state are now able to be resumed. We are working to ensure those which have already started as paused are corrected to allow for resumption.
