    We’re investigating an issue that is preventing new ops from provisioning in our US Region. The issue is related to a limit at our cloud provider. There is no data loss, and affected ops can be recovered. We’ve requested a limit increase. Once that is in place, we’ll retry provisioning an provide another update.

    The cause of US Op Provisioning degradation has been found to be a soft-limit in our cloud provider. Support has increased the associated limits and provision workflows are proceeding as normal. This notice will remain in a "Monitoring" state until all queued operations make their way through the system.
