We have identified an issue in the Visualizer, some product visualization assets that were negatively impacted by our recent release will cause the visualizer to fail. When one of these product visualization assets is loaded a message saying “Sorry, something went wrong”. We are actively correcting this issue. This page will be updated when it’s 100% complete.
