Known Issue - Degraded Performance When Launching Visualizer Links
Resolved after 33 days 14 hours, affecting Omnibuilder Service and Image Cache and 1 more, on August 30, 2024.
The cause of the performance issue has been determined, and a temporary fix has been released. A full solution will be included in the 9/18 release update. The temporary solution restores performance to normal levels, but with a known impact -- colors are not grouped by manufacturer. This grouping will also be restored in the 9/18 release.
