We are currently investigating an issue affecting webhook notification delivery on the Highnote platform. What’s happening: Starting at approximately 2:39 PM PT on October 22, a portion of webhook notifications may be delayed or not delivered. The issue is related to an upstream cloud infrastructure provider, and our engineering team is actively working on it. What’s not impacted: Card authorizations and transaction processing are not impacted. What you can do: If your workflows depend on webhook notifications, we recommend using the Highnote API to confirm the current state of transactions and other events in the meantime.
