Jan 30, 18:06:54 GMT+0 - Resolved - This incident has been resolved. Jan 30, 18:28:57 GMT+0 - Postmortem - This morning, between approximately 10:00 and 10:45 MST, a small number of users experienced intermittent issues signing in using SAML SSO. Because the impact was limited and overall error rates remained within SLA thresholds, automated monitoring did not alert the operations team. After receiving customer reports, our team promptly investigated, identified a configuration issue affecting one of the services supporting SAML authentication, and resolved it. Full SAML SSO functionality was restored by 10:45 MST. We apologize for the inconvenience to the affected users.
