    If you utilize OneMeeting video and the Helo/Helo+ Encoder, please contact Granicus Support as soon as possible for full details to renew your Helo Encoder Certificate. Please note your current certificate will expire on Thursday the 22nd of January 2026. Other encoder models are not impacted, and do not require your attention.
