The incident has been marked as resolved by our third-party provider (Cloudflare) at 09:20 UTC. We can confirm that impacted systems are coming back online on our end, we're actively monitoring the situation before confirming full resolution.

The following components have been impacted during Cloudflare's outage: Uploads, AI Agent on Chat, Phone transcriptions and Help Center. We can confirm full resolution on them, but we're still investigating the impact on Shopify customers.

After looking into it, we haven't noticed any meaningful impact on our Shopify customers, and we can now confirm full resolution of this incident. In the event that you encounter a sync issue between Shopify and Gorgias platforms, please be aware that it will be automatically retried as per usual.
