Resolved after 2 hours 25 minutes, affecting Bot, on November 18, 2025.
We are now seeing a return to normal functionality but will continue to monitor the situation further. Please reach out to a member of the customer success team if you are still experiencing issues.

We are currently experiencing an issue with our AI chatbots not responding as expected. This is also affecting any prechat form using Cloudflare capcha. We believe this is due to Cloudflare Global Network experiencing issues. We are currently investigating the issue.
