We have identified that the issue with Airtable connections was caused by an Airtable outage on Friday (Feb 21, 2026). The outage affected the tokens we use to fetch Airtable data, rendering them invalid. To resolve this issue, affected customers need to reconnect their connections from https://app.geckoboard.com/admin/connections. We will also reach out to any affected customers separately via email.
