Fusion Networks was just made aware that a peering network is performing core fiber maintenance. This network upgrade is impacting service in Elk Ridge, Salem, Payson, Spanish Fork, and Orem areas. It appears service performance in Elk Ridge was impacted for approximately 14 minutes and is currently restored, though it is possible that intermittent outages may continue as they complete their work. This work is anticipated to be completed by 6:00 AM on 7/16/2024 at which time service should restored completely without any action required on the part of customers.
