Resolved after 16 minutes, affecting Fusion Internet, on July 18, 2025.
Between 5:55 pm MST and 6:11 pm MST there was an issue with a transport circuit between parts of Utah County and Salt Lake City. This issue was causing degraded performance and no internet connection for some customers. Technicians are on site and have implemented a fix. As of 6:33 pm, all customers should have connectivity restored. We are continuing to monitor the situation.
