Resolved after 1 hour, on October 14, 2025.
An issue with an edge router at the core in Salt Lake City caused customers to intermittently lose internet for approximately 1 hour in the overnight hours. We are continuing to monitor the situation, but it appears that a scheduled script may have triggered a feedback loop that caused the issue. We have applied a temporary fix and our engineers are monitoring the situation closely. We are also planning a core overhaul that will replace the current infrastructure with upgraded hardware. We anticipate that this upgrade will offer significantly more capacity than the existing solution and should be a more permanent fix to last nights issue. We apologize for the inconvenience that this outage caused; as mentioned before we are monitoring the situation closely.
