Resolved after 17 hours 45 minutes, affecting Web app and Chat, on March 3, 2023.
The issues have been fixed by our engineering team and the customers will be able to access the portal without any issues. Please be informed that we monitoring the applications.

The issue is still there. The error pops when the customer is trying to click on the admin settings option and has to refresh it often.
