    Amazon Web Services (AWS), our primary cloud-infrastructure provider, experienced a major disruption impacting multiple services worldwide. While AWS’s official report references “increased error rates and latencies for multiple services in the US-EAST-1 region,” independent sources confirm that this event has caused global outages across numerous digital platforms, including Amazon, Snapchat, United Airlines, Canva, Verizon, Perplexity, Lyft, Hulu and many others.
