We are actively investigating intermittent timeouts and failures for API calls related to Endpoint Management. This may result in slow performance for Endpoint-related functions in the SASE Portal and occasional ZTNA tag match failures. This issue has been escalated to the EMS Cloud team which is actively investigating the issue, and we will provide updates as soon as they become available.
