Formsort studio and flow services down
Resolved after 37 minutes, affecting Flow Runner and Studio Website, on January 9, 2026.
Earlier today, during a deployment, a database migration took longer than anticipated. This resulted in a temporary resource deadlock that caused these services to become unresponsive for a period of time. Our engineering team immediately identified the bottleneck and provisioned additional infrastructure resources (scaling up) to alleviate the load. Service health has been restored, and all systems are fully operational. Current Status: We are continuing to actively monitor the systems to ensure stability and prevent any performance degradation.
