Due to an infra deploy later today, answers are not delivered to data destinations including formsort responses page. We're actively investigating the issue.

We identified and resolved an issue that caused delayed delivery of form answers to downstream data destinations. Form submissions remained available throughout the incident, and no data was lost. Delivery processing has resumed and all queued submissions have been processed. We are monitoring the system to ensure continued stability.

Earlier today, during a deployment, a database migration took longer than anticipated. This resulted in a temporary resource deadlock that caused these services to become unresponsive for a period of time. Our engineering team immediately identified the bottleneck and provisioned additional infrastructure resources (scaling up) to alleviate the load. Service health has been restored, and all systems are fully operational. Current Status: We are continuing to actively monitor the systems to ensure stability and prevent any performance degradation.

We’re investigating reports of slower flow load times and intermittent 504 errors. Early signs suggest a potential upstream issue with AWS.
