  1. investigating Jan 07, 2026, 09:24 PM UTC

We are aware of an issue impacting some customers where changes made to forms are not saving as expected. In some cases, customers may see a 400 Bad Request error when attempting to save form updates. Additionally, attempts to apply changes on the Processing page of a form may redirect customers to a “Something Went Wrong” error page. Other unstated issues may also surface, related to this issue. Our engineering team is actively investigating the cause of these issues and working toward a resolution. We will provide updates as more information becomes available.

  2. resolved Jan 07, 2026, 11:16 PM UTC

This incident has been resolved. Customers who were previously unable to save form changes or update settings on the Processing page should now be able to do so without issue. The underlying cause was identified and corrected, and the system is operating normally. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your patience.
