    Customer Impact: Customers using RBI services in us-east-1 regions may experience intermittent issues while browsing via RBI. Description: Forcepoint is observing intermittent failures in RBI services due to ongoing widespread AWS issues in us-east-1. For more details on the on-going AWS outage, please access AWS Staus page using the link below. https://health.aws.amazon.com/health/status We are investigating the issue and will provide more updates as we make progress.

    Amazon Web Services (AWS) is experiencing a recurrence of a major outage experienced earlier today, impacting availability of key AWS services in the us-east-1 region. For more details on the on-going AWS outage, please access AWS Staus page using the link below. https://health.aws.amazon.com/health/status The on-going outage has unfortunately impacted some Forcepoint products which are dependent on AWS infrastructure and services. 1. Remote Browsing Service is currently degraded. RBI customers may experience intermittent errors while trying to browse web content via RBI. 2. Access to Platform, and Insights Portal is currently available intermittently. Forcepoint is monitoring the situation closely and we will update our customers if we identify any additional services being impacted.

While all other services have now recovered, our Remote Browsing service in us-east-1 region continues to remain in a degraded state. Forcepoint is monitoring the situation closely and we will update our customers if we identify any additional services being impacted.
