Customer Impact: Customers connecting to Web and Hybrid Web services from DXBA data center may have experienced a brief loss of connectivity while traffic was being re-routed to an alternate data center. Description: We have identified and remediated the problem impacting access to our services in Dubai data center. Traffic has been re-introduced in Dubai and we have validated access to services in the data center. While we have recovered from this Incident, Forcepoint will be performing an emergency maintenance after business hours to ensure we implemented additional measures to ensure service continuity for our customers. A separate notification will be sent once the emegency maintenance is organised.
