    We are experiencing issues with all purchases (new purchases and upgrades) due to an upstream error with Cloudflare. Making a new purchase results in an error message. Upgrades in the account page give no visible error, but no upgrades are made. We advise you not to attempt any purchases until this is resolved.

    We see that errors occur intermittently. Some orders are processed, but others result in an error. We still advise you to wait until the next update (in about 15 minutes) before placing a new order.

    The situation is still unstable, with the checkout working correctly for the majority of cases, but occasional errors still occur. There are no adverse effects from trying other than having to retry if you encounter an error.

    Cloudflare allegedly has found the reason. We are waiting for a fix. Unfortunately, in the meantime, the success rate for the checkout has deteriorated again.

    There is a confirmed problem with the conversion process from PDFs to flipbooks, caused by Amazon's AWS global outage. This can result in the conversion process taking longer than usual, not finishing at all, or failing with error messages. This is a top-priority issue for us and will keep you informed about any progress. We advise you do NOT launch additional conversion tasks as this will only create additional flipbooks when everything is processed.

    Conversion progress remains very slow as Amazon throttled the number of resources we can use severly. If you have started a conversion job, then we advise you not to cancel and start a new job. This will put you back at the back of the queue.

    We continue to have limited converion capability and advise you to only upload the PDFs that you urgently need to convert and then be patient and don't cancel them. Average queueing time is currently about 45 minutes

    We are aware of an issue with a significant amount of publications created with FlippingBook Publisher and hosted on FlippingBook Cloud. When you first open the link, you see an empty page instead of your publication. After one or more attempts to reload the page, the flipbook appears. When you try again several minutes later, this issue may repeat. This is a critical priority issue.
