This is false alarm. Got few callbacks for older failed transactions failed during maintenance window, are failed to fetch the idtoken. So services are working as normal. just older failed transactions has created this incident.

Between 18:00 on 18 May and 09:27 on 19 May, the archive service experienced elevated HTTP 503 errors affecting E-Archive (21.1% of requests). The issue was traced to database communication errors introduced by change CHG0405144 and was resolved by restarting the affected application server. Monitoring confirmed full recovery at 09:27 on 19 May. Internal reference INC0915173.
