    We are aware and investigating reported isolated database performance degradation. This is manifesting in longer load times for lists, customers, and the dashboard for certain customers. Please reach out to support if you are experiencing performance degradation. We will post updates as we have them.

    We have identified the underlying issue and are resolving on individual databases. We will be releasing a fix this evening that will be applied holistically.

    We are aware that several members are still experiencing loading and performance issues after our release last night. This issue is not widespread and is isolated to specific members.
