Is FieldEdge down?

We are aware of an issue impacting the delivery of some outbound emails. Initial investigation indicates that messages are successfully leaving the FieldEdge platform and our email provider (Sendgrid) but may be blocked or delayed by third-party email security providers for certain recipients. We are actively engaged with our delivery partners and vendors to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. We will share additional updates as they become available.

We have identified the main root cause impacting outbound email delivery and are actively working with our email delivery provider, SendGrid, to implement corrective measures. As mitigation efforts have progressed, we have observed a decrease in reported delivery issues. Our investigation confirms that emails are successfully leaving the FieldEdge platform and being accepted by SendGrid. However, some messages continue to experience delays or blocking by certain third-party email security providers. We remain engaged with our delivery partners and vendors to fully resolve the issue and restore normal delivery performance for all recipients.
