We are actively tracking an issue causing incorrect service fee calculations on select work orders, which may temporarily affect expected payout amounts for some providers and service companies. We apologize for the inconvenience and are working to resolve this as quickly as possible.

We've identified the trigger that is causing the condition to occur and we're moving forward on a fix to prevent future occurrence of this type.

The incident has been resolved. We've pushed a fix to address the cause of the broken deployments. The monitoring enhancements will remain and alert an engineer should the environment become unavailable.
