We have confirmed that the delays affecting Visa transaction webhooks are fully resolved. The issue was caused by high transaction queue depth within Visa's upstream systems. Visa has cleared the backlog and we have observed normal processing speeds since 10:00 AM (UTC) yesterday . All delayed transactions have been successfully processed and delivered.
