Resolved after 3 hours 34 minutes, affecting API & backend and Factorial website, on October 17, 2024.
We experienced another service interruption today from 06:43 to 06:51 (UTC). The symptoms were consistent with those observed on Tuesday; however, this time we had access to additional information that enabled us to identify the root cause of the issue.
