When uploading a document, clicking ‘Save + Create entry’ redirects you to the Exact Online home screen. Please note that the document is saved after clicking this button. As a temporary solution, open the document via [Document icon > Overview documents] and then click ‘New: Entry’. We are investigating this issue, and we will update this page as soon as more information becomes available. Our apologies for the inconvenience.
