Exact experienced a minor incident on April 24, 2026 affecting Exact Globe+ and Exact Globe Next, lasting 20d 20h. The incident has been resolved; the full update timeline is below.

When sending an email using the method “Outlook” an error "Exact.mailer, MS outlook: Can't send E-mail.” can be displayed. This issue can occur in both Exact Globe+ and in Exact Globe Next for all releases. We are investigating this issue, and we will update this page as soon as more information becomes available. The issue has been identified and a fix is being implemented. As a temporarily workaround, any second or additional account can be removed from Outlook. When only 1 Exchange account is linked in Outlook, emailing from Exact Globe+ and Exact Globe Next is possible again.

A fix has been implemented to Exact Globe+ Release 506SP7, available from the 4th May 2026.

A fix has been implemented to Exact Globe+ Release 506SP7, available from the 4th May 2026. In Exact Globe Next Release 424SP46 the fix is available as of the 15th of May. To apply the fix, execute the update again to one of these releases. Our apologies for the inconvenience.
