    We’re aware that the New Eden Store is currently unavailable for some users and is being investigated.

    We believe we've found the cause of the outage, along with intermittent login issues, and we are working to resolve it.

    A server restart is being scheduled for 19:10 to resolve the ongoing connection and NES issues.

    Unfortunately the initial reboot doesn't appear to have resolved the issue, a second reboot is currently in progress.

    The issue still appears to not be resolved, investigation is continuing, apologies for the delay.

    Additional changes are currently being made and the server is being restarted again.

    Access to Tranquility has been restored again. We're still expecting intermittent issues, but monitoring again for now.
