On April 29, 2026, between approximately 12:20 PM and 05:00 PM UTC, the Workato platform experienced a degradation with Workato Genies. Customers may observed that Genies did not fetch results from Knowledge Bases leading to inaccurate responses from Genies. The issue has been resolved, and any queries may be retried as necessary.
