We have identified an issue that may cause performance issues for users located in or around the Pacific Northwest and Western Canada. We have traced this to a network issue with a third-party infrastructure provider affecting traffic in these regions. Encircle's core systems are operating normally, and data already saved in Encircle is not affected. We are working with the provider to restore normal service and will post an update as soon as we have more information. We apologize for the disruption.
