EMQ Technologies experienced a notice incident on September 27, 2026 affecting EMQX DedicatedFlex, lasting 11h 3m. The incident has been resolved; the full update timeline is below.

Between 00:31 and 00:59 UTC, an EMQX Cloud deployment in AWS us-west-2 experienced intermittent Redis request timeouts and inter-node communication errors. Message publish rate fluctuated slightly. We did not observe widespread client disconnections or node restarts, and cluster metrics are currently normal. AWS reported an underlying network issue in us-west-2 during an overlapping period. We are working with AWS to confirm its relationship to the observed errors and whether any instance-level remediation is needed. We will continue monitoring and share further findings when available.
