After thorough investigation, we identified that the slow response times were caused by intermittent timeouts from our external card processor. Dear customer, Note we have identified an issue related to 3DS authentications with Mastercard resulting into an unknown reason related to Mastercard card brand only. As a result, there is increased refusal rate for Mastercard transactions that require 3DS authentication. Mastercard has acknowledged an ongoing issue on their end affecting 3D Secure authentications, first identified at 08:59 CEST. An increased refusal rate for Mastercard transactions that require 3D Secure authentication may still be experience. Mastercard is working to resolve the issue.

Dear customer, Note we have identified an issue related to transaction declines with an unknown reason related to Mastercard card brand only with the ECP acquirer. The issue seems to affect Mastercard transactions only partially, as most are passing successfully. Please rest assured that we have escalated to the ECP acquirer already and are working together with the highest priority on the matter to resolve it as soon as possible.
