EBSCO has received reports of users being unable to complete full eBook downloads in new UI from the search results and detail record pages. Our development teams are investigating and updates will be provided here as we progress toward a solution. Online viewing and chapter downloads are not affected by this issue, so users still have access to all the eBooks in your collection. There are two other routes for full eBook download that users can use until this issue is resolved. The two routes that are working as usual are: downloading full eBooks from within the online eBook viewer, and downloading from the Holds & checkouts dashboard section of new UI (if the institution's new UI account is configured to see this area of the dashboard). Please see the details of these two alternative options below. Alternative Download Option 1: Click Access now instead of Download on a search result or detail page in new UI And then click Download within the eBook viewer Or, Try Alternative Download Option 2: If the user has already downloaded an eBook from the eBook viewer (or in a previous session and still has an active checkout), they can download the eBook again using the “Holds & checkouts” section of the My dashboard menu Find the eBook you are intending to download and click the tools menu to expand it,
