We have identified the issue causing failures when administrators attempt to access the AI Assistant for the first time and are working to deploy a fix at this time.

The issue causing the failures for administrators access of the AI Assistant is now resolved and full functionality is restored. We will be posting a root-cause analysis (RCA) here once our engineering team has finished its thorough investigation of the issue.
