We identified the issue impacting prescription transmission and worked closely with our third-party vendor, Surescripts, to investigate and resolve the problem. The issue has now been fully resolved. At this time, prescriptions should be sending successfully without interruption. Our team will continue to actively monitor the system to ensure stability and prevent recurrence.
