We are currently investigating an issue where a small subset of provisioned fax numbers for new accounts are not receiving fax tone. Our inventory of fax numbers in service are not affected, this only applies to net-new provisioned numbers. Updates to follow.

After further investigation into this issue, this affected an extremely small percentage of numbers. These are still in the process of getting cleaned up and we will communicate to the affected customers directly. There is no ongoing issue with new number provisioning.
