Partial Service Disruption

We are currently experiencing a partial service disruption as one of our CDN domains (cdn2.dcbstatic.com) has been incorrectly flagged by a third-party security intelligence provider, causing platform assets to fail to load for users on corporate networks with DNS filtering or web security tools enabled. The affected regions are: US East (Virginia) / Europe (Dublin) / UK (London) / Europe (Frankfurt). We have contacted the relevant parties to have the flag removed and are awaiting their review. As a workaround, whitelisting dcbstatic.com in your DNS filtering or web security tool will restore access immediately. We have determined the root cause and we are awaiting feedback from an external third party. As stated within our public documentation, whitelisting dcbstatic.com in your DNS filtering or web security tool will restore access immediately. We are continuing to work with the security intelligence provider to remove the flag that has been placed on our cdn2.dcbstatic.com domain. We do not currently have an ETA for this to be completed. As a workaround, whitelisting cdn1.dcbstatic.com - cdn5.dcbstatic.com in your DNS filtering or web security tool will in most cases restore access immediately. The URL impacted by the inaccurate security flagging, cdn2.dcbstatic.com, is once again available for customers using Cisco Umbrella.
