    The issue has been identified and a fix is being implemented.

    Members in the EU region are not able to log into the mobile application with their existing credentials (iOS and Android). The account creation functionality in the mobile application is not functioning as expected. Both functionalities are functioning normally in the Web application.

    We've identified the problem and have submitted a fix for both iOS and Android - pending approval by the app stores.
