    We're aware of an issue where customers cannot connect to Xero from Deputy. We are currently investigating this issue.

    We've identified the cause of the connection issue between Deputy and Xero, which is intermittently preventing some customers from connecting Xero or reauthorizing an existing connection. We're actively working with the Xero team, and a fix is being applied on their side.
