We're investigating the cause of issues with our vulnerability scanning platform. As part of the investigation we need to pause and re-run scans which are currently in progress, resulting in scans appearing to take longer than expected to complete. Further updates and information will be added to this page as they become available. Please accept our sincere apologies for any inconvenience this may be causing. Thank you.

The issue affecting our vulnerability scanning service has been resolved, and the service is now operating normally. Scans that were paused have resumed. A number of scans that did not complete during the incident are being re-run automatically. These are being processed gradually to maintain service stability, and we expect this to be complete within the next few hours. No action is required on your part. If your scans use an internally hosted scan engine, please make sure it is online and connected, as scans assigned to it can’t run until it’s reachable. We’ll provide a further update once all affected scans have completed. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
