We are monitoring the progress of a Google Cloud Provider incident as well as monitoring internal traffic. No current impact is detected. Multiple products in us-central1-b for GCP were experiencing network service degradation. Some of the components used by Astra were impacted. Although the GCP incident is still ongoing, the services Astra uses are marked as resolved and our own testing indicates no ongoing issues for the affected region. We are currently investigating an issue where users may be unable to log in to the Astra Web UI. Our engineering team is actively working to identify the cause and restore access as quickly as possible. Login via SSO remains unaffected. There is also no impact to incoming requests to Astra databases. We will provide further updates as more information becomes available.

There is no impact to any database's traffic or exported third party metrics as a result of this issue, and all of IBM DataStax's internal metrics and alerting are intact. Work is underway to restore the Health Dashboard.

AWS has rolled back changes to their EKS API servers which introduced some incompatibility causing our client API calls to fail. This incident is now resolved and database creation for AWS Astra Managed Clusters is working in all available regions.
