We are currently monitoring an ongoing AWS infrastructure issue impacting the US-EAST-1 region, specifically the use1-az4 Availability Zone. As a result of this event, customers may experience increased latency and intermittent performance degradation, delays in database provisioning and infrastructure operations. At this time, we have not observed a complete service outage, however some operations may take longer than usual while AWS continues recovery efforts. We are actively monitoring the situation. We will continue to share updates as additional information becomes available.
