    Due to a delay in FMCSA’s data release, inspection and violation updates have not been refreshed beyond December 2024. DAT is working with FMCSA’s data team to address this, but there is currently no timeline for when updated datasets will be available. As a result, inspection, violation, and crash data displayed in the Company Profile page within DAT One may not reflect the most recent updates. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience. We will continue to monitor the situation and provide updates as more information becomes available.     The incident impacts the Current rate model, delivered in the following products: "Benchmark Analytics Real Time Estimator" "Benchmark Analytics Batch Estimator" "iFMI (API)" This has triggered a system outage so that customers do not use the rates. The problem has been identified as a system change that was implemented this week. We are implementing a patch that is expected to resolve the issue by 08:00 AM ET Wed 1/15/25.
