Impact: Users may be unable to fully analyze or manage reported threats, as header data (which is important for investigation and triage) is not available. Our engineering team is aware of the issue and is actively working on a fix. We will provide updates as more information becomes available.

    Investigating – We’re investigating an issue where users reporting emails or opening CyberNut training content from the Gmail mobile app (iOS/Android) may experience delays or timeouts. Users can retry, or access training from a desktop browser as a workaround. We’ll share updates as we learn more.
