This incident is resolved. The fix implemented by our image rendering provider resolved the issue fully and we have not seen any abnormal rendering issues since that time.

Our upstream provider for rendering uploaded images is experiencing a partial outage. They have identified the problem and working on a fix. File uploads are not affected and are continuing to work, however after uploading you may see a broken image icon until the upstream provider issue is resolved.
