This morning we released an update at 10:08 AM Eastern that led to an error page when attempting to access tq.cxalloy.com, blocking access to the site. Our monitoring systems alerted in response to this and our Head of Infrastructure and Security immediately took action, reaching out to the application team. We determined the issue was with a malformed file included in the release. We undertook emergency action to correct the offending file on our servers. The correction started at 10:13 AM and was complete by 10:19 AM. The incident is now resolved. We will be evaluating our release process to identify the underlying failure that led to the malformed file's release and will be making updates to prevent the same situation from happening in the future.
